The Villa is situated 10 km in the east of Dubrovnik and only 8 km away from the Dubrovnik airport. Soline is an astonishing small village located in the Zupa Dubrovacka County, well known for its Mediterranean tradition and heritage.
After a short 200m walk from Villa Soline, you will find yourself on a stunning beach at the magnificent clean blue sea with charming sunsets. It is also possible to reach the Old Town of Dubrovnik by boat, starting at the neighboring city of Cavtat, famous for its numerous historical sites as well as cultural events and lovely restaurants serving traditional specialties.

Villa Soline is located gorgeously having a breathtaking sea view, and the only sounds that you will hear are the chippering of the domestic birds and the small boats sailing on the sea. The House is built of high quality Dalmatian stone, surrounded by ancient olive groves and oak trees. On the ground floor all the common spaces for use such as a great living room, a dining room offering space for all 10 people, a luxury equipped kitchen that satisfies the highest standards, a conservatory with an indoor-fireplace as well as a bathroom and a laundry/utility room. The living- and dining rooms have access to the exteriors with uncovered and covered terraces featuring garden furniture and outdoor tables and chairs.
The first floor contains two bedrooms and a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a living room. All rooms have access to generous balconies. This floor can also be used as accommodation for personnel as it has an own entry and can be separated from the rest of the house but also grants easy access to all the other rooms.
On the second floor you can find two spacious bedrooms with a hallway and two bathrooms, one of them including a two person sauna and a massage bathtub. Each room has access to the balcony, even the great bathroom has an own small balcony where you can enjoy the view after a relaxing bath. Each room and terrace has a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea providing intimate and comfortable ambiance for your perfect vacation.
Villa Soline has 4 bedrooms, three of them with double beds and one with two separate beds and 4 bathrooms. The bedrooms are situated on the first and second floor, while there is one bathroom on the ground floor, one on the first- and two on the second floor.
The interior consists of solid wooden furniture and stands out in style and passion for detail.
Our Villa is provides WiFi internet access, satellite TV, every room is air conditioned and can be heated by a central heating system.
The Villa offers 440 m2 of living space divided over three floors and an infield of more than 1000m2 containing a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi of 50 m2 and a beautiful terrace with sundeck. On the infield you can also find lovely gardens with Mediterranean vegetation giving you the opportunity to relax and marvel at the sparkling Adria.
The extensive garden is full of Mediterranean herbs, flowers and trees with tempting scents. The smells of lavender, wild oranges and rosemary and their intense colour will be a unique joy for your senses. The swimming pools surface extends over 50 m2 and is surrounded by a sundeck. The whole outside area is perfectly qualified for relaxation and fun. Each terrace provides a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea and the islands of Supetar, Mrkan and Bobara.
