This beautiful semi-detached villa is located in a tranquil setting, about 2 km from Opatija, which abounds in restaurants, shops and cafes and is also located near the Nature Park Učka. We also recommend excursions to the islands of the Kvarner Bay (Krk, Cres, Rab, …) and Istria to the coast and inland, which has numerous attractions. The kitchen is also a part of the living room (with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and a stove) and there is a dining table for 10 people. The ground floor also has a guest toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms. The first room has a bed size 160×200 cm, within it is also en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower with steam bath and chromo therapy, there is also a separate wardrobe, the room is surrounded by a terrace (45 m2).
The second room has two beds in size of 90×200 cm, this room also has a terrace, while the third bedroom has a bed 160×200 cm and a shared bathroom equipped with whirlpool tub. Villa has its own spacious garden which is dominated by the large heated 28-30 C swimming pool (50 m2) with outdoor shower, sunbathing area and rest, covered gazebo with barbecue. Villa has an alarm and video surveillance, and is located in tranquil setting near the beautiful Opatija.
